Products

WooVaria sells handmade embroidery and crochet crafts: embroidered and crocheted accessories, personalized gifts, journals, baby blankets, and related décor. Product pages describe materials and personalization options. Colors and textures may vary slightly due to handmade construction and screen display differences. Technique claims (hand embroidery, crochet, machine name embroidery, artisan weaving) follow each product listing.

Personalized and custom orders

When you submit names, photos, or other personalization, you confirm the spelling and content are correct. Personalized/custom items are made to order and are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable except for shop error or defect, as described in our Refund & Return policy. Customer typos disclosed on the order are not grounds for refund. You may request cancellation or edits only before production starts. Production typically takes 3–5 business days.

Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is charged at order placement using the methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect pricing due to error, or cannot be fulfilled. Shipping is typically a flat $4.95 USD unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Shipping

Transit is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch and varies by destination. You are responsible for providing an accurate address. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return policy and Payment Policy. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear after approval.

Intellectual property

Site content, product photography, logos, and original designs are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or commercially reproduce our designs without written permission. Personalization does not transfer ownership of underlying artwork.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing personalization content, or interfere with checkout or other users. We may suspend access for violations.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except as required by law, products and the site are provided on an "as available" basis. Handmade items may have natural variations in stitching, yarn dye, and texture.
